Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, the product must meet one of the following conditions:

  1. 1. Sealed and Unopened: The product must be in its original, unopened packaging.
  2. 2. Not Used: The product must be unused, as Pooja items lose their sanctity once used.
  3. 3. Leaked Packaging: If the product has leaked in transit, making it unfit for Pooja.
  4. 4. Broken Box: Packaging that arrives broken or damaged will be eligible for a refund.
  5. 5. Wrong Product: If you receive a product different from what you ordered.
  6. 6. Wrong Quantity: If the quantity received does not match your order.
  7. 7. Extremely Substandard Product: If you believe the product quality does not meet our standards, please provide a valid reason along with supporting photos.

Required Documentation

In all cases, please email us at support@paraayan.com with the following:

  • A clear photo of the product (unopened if applicable).
  • A description of the issue.
  • Your order ID and contact information.

Refund Process and Timeline

Once your request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
